Full job description

We are a solar lead generation company looking to expand our team following a highly successful period of growth. We currently have a high-performing team and are now seeking ambitious, motivated individuals continue growing.

The Role

As a Door-to-Door Lead Generator, you will engage with homeowners to identify and generate interest in solar energy solutions. Your role is to start conversations, build rapport, and identify households that may benefit from speaking with one of our solar consultants.

This is not a hard-selling role. Your focus is on creating interest, qualifying potential customers, and generating opportunities for the sales team.

Training & Development

Our training and personal development sets us apart.

Our lead trainer has 15 years of sales experience and extensive experience building successful sales people from the ground up.

We don't just teach scripts and door-knocking techniques; we train people the psychology, theory, and technical aspects of professional selling.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a genuine sales career and learn skills that can be applied across a wide range of industries throughout their working and personal life.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are completely new to the industry, if you're willing to learn, we'll invest significant time in your development.

Areas Covered

We operate across London and the surrounding towns.

North as far as St Albans

South throughout Surrey, including Crawley, Purley, and nearby towns

This is a field-based role, and successful applicants will be allocated territories based on location, performance, and business requirements.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

Experienced sales professionals

Door-to-door canvassers

Highly motivated individuals with no previous sales experience but excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed

We are ultimately looking for attitude over experience. If you are coachable, resilient, and willing to put in the work, we can provide the training and support needed to help you succeed and have fun doing it.

This opportunity is particularly suited to people who want to develop a genuine understanding of sales rather than simply learn a script. We invest heavily in training and are looking for individuals who are serious about personal and professional development.

Earnings & Benefits

This is primarily a commission-only role with substantial earning potential for driven individuals. We also offer a performance based retainer to support successful candidates while they build their pipeline.

Successful performers can expect to earn £1000 - £1750 per week.
