***THIS JOB IS BASED IN MILDENHALL, SUFFOLK***

About Us - Barleycorn Mildenhall is a small family run business with multiple locations in West Suffolk & surrounding areas - and we now have a Cocktail Bar & Lounge! We pride ourselves on providing a familiar, friendly service where we always have time for our customers. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

The Role - We are looking for an experienced member of staff to work the following schedule: Every Friday & Saturday, 6.00pm til 11.00pm which is approximately 10 hours per week. We may also have hours available on other evenings, as well as event, holiday and sickness cover so require the right applicant to be flexible!

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders accurately.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests according to established recipes and standards.
Using the coffee machine to prepare drinks.
Basic food preparation (of simple bar snack recipes)
Clearing and cleaning tables.
Taking payment on our POS system and handling cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses.
Ensuring all processes run smoothly to support management.
Thorough end of day clean-down.

***Experience in a Bar-Tending position is essential.***
