Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Site Administrator to join our team on a exciting project in Cambridge. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties

Manage daily administrative operations to support site activities efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Prepare, review, and organise documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with reporting tasks by compiling information from various sources using organisational skills.
Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic issues or liaising with technical support when necessary.
Facilitate communication between departments and external partners in both English and Turkish where applicable.
Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with IT systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous office experience that highlights organisational abilities and attention to detail.
The candidate must have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths.
Previous experience of working on a site would be beneficial along with experience of working in a fast paced environment.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
