Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in managing our most valued client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our organization and key clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategic coordination, and outstanding service delivery. Your proactive approach and strong analysis skills will help foster long-term partnerships, support sales growth, and enhance overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, maintaining proactive communication to understand their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customized solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
Utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and account progress.
Conduct detailed analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating documentation, training sessions, and initial setup processes.
Assist in resolving client issues promptly by coordinating with relevant departments and providing clear communication throughout resolution processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a sales or account management capacity.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
