Property Manager

A great opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a highly regarded property brand as a Property Manager

You’ll be part of an established and supportive lettings team, looking after landlord and tenant relationships and helping ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a business that places real importance on service, its people and the quality of the customer experience, with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress your career.

The Role

Manage day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to resolution.
Liaise with contractors and other third parties.
Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs.
Conduct property viewings when required.
Keep property and tenancy records accurate and up to date.
Work closely with the wider lettings team.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

About You

We’re looking for someone organised, personable and proactive who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering a great service.

Team fit is particularly important. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment, so a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to support those around you will go a long way.

You’ll have:

Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Good IT skills.
Full UK driving licence and your own car.
