Full job description

Full time – Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, *Every other Saturday*

*Saturday hours are 7:30am to 10am and 3:30pm to 5:30pm

As a Rental Operative / Driver, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring a seamless rental experience for all clients. Duties will include:

Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanour, assisting them with their rental needs.
Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are clean, and free of damage.
Handling administrative tasks such as processing rental agreements, managing paperwork
Providing clear explanations of rental terms, conditions, and vehicle features to customers.
Safely operating a variety of vehicles, ensuring their timely delivery and pickup to and from designated locations.
Offering exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Person specification:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record MUST HAVE C1
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks accurately.
A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
previous experience driving commercial vehicles up to 7.5 t Lorries
Experience in vehicle rental preferred
