Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across our portfolio of Airports. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships that align with our company's vision. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us unlock new revenue streams, enhance customer engagement, and elevate our brand across the airports. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that shape the future of our business while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Airport experience essential
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Utilise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and client management roles, preferably within the airport industry
Strong understanding of CRM software tools such as Capsule or similar platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic Sales and retention plans and execute them effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
