We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalised care to residents with a variety of needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and physical activities
Assisting with mealtimes and hydration
Recording care accurately and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
Contributing to a homely and inclusive environment
