Overview

Are you an experienced coach who thrives on developing people, creating an incredible member experience, and leading from the front?

F45 Training Teddington is looking for an outstanding Head Trainer to lead our coaching team, uphold exceptional coaching standards, and help build a motivating, high-energy community where both members and coaches can thrive. 35 hours per week including up to 15 coaching sessions.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining coaching, team management, member engagement and studio operations. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure every member receives an exceptional experience and every class is delivered to the highest standard.

Duties

Lead by example by delivering exceptional coaching and maintaining outstanding standards across all classes.
Coach, mentor and develop the coaching team through regular feedback, monthly 1:1s and ongoing training.
Manage coach recruitment, onboarding, rotas, qualifications and invoice approvals.
Deliver approximately 15 hours of coaching each week, creating an energetic, motivating and inclusive training environment.
Build strong relationships with members, providing guidance, consultations and support to help them achieve their goals.
Drive member retention through proactive engagement and professionally manage cancellation conversations.
Take ownership of all F45 Challenges, from planning and promotion through to body scans, progress tracking and successful completion.
Inspire high levels of participation and engagement in Challenges, events and studio initiatives.
Ensure the training floor is clean, safe, fully operational and maintained to the highest standards.
Support the delivery of programming updates, class schedules, special events and training-related social media content.
Complete leadership and administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently while maintaining a visible presence in the studio.
Foster a positive, professional and community-focused culture that delivers an exceptional experience for every member.
Be comfortable calling members and have strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience leading or mentoring a coaching team.

Experience within F45, boutique fitness, functional training or group exercise is highly desirable.

Holds recognised Level 2 and Level 3 Fitness qualifications (or equivalent).
Is passionate about coaching and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Has excellent communication and people management skills.
Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Leads by example with energy, professionalism and positivity.
Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed.
