Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee our commercial construction projects during daytime hours. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and budget standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all while maintaining excellent communication across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and excellence.

Duties

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budgets using Primavera P6 project management software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress daily, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
Conduct site visits using Civil 3D software for detailed civil engineering design assessments and ensure compliance with design standards.
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and services necessary for project execution.
Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations during daytime operations.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and issues for transparency and future reference.
Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design coordination.
Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
Proven leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration across diverse teams.
Ability to identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
