We are a well-established, fast-growing family fabrication company seeking motivated Welder/Fabricators to join our dynamic team. We manufacture a variety of products for the waste, recycling and construction industries—from Skips, Tanks and Containers (Roll on Roll off, hook lift) to structural steel and bespoke metalwork. Who We're Looking For:

We are hiring for multiple levels:

- Entry-Level/Junior Welders:

No experience required – full training provided
Interest in welding, fabrication, and working with metal
Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work as part of a team

- Mid-Level Welders/Fabricators:

1–3 years of experience in MIG welding
Ability to read basic technical drawings
Experience with hand tools and workshop machinery
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Experience with lifting Cranes / Hoists preferred

- Experienced/Senior Fabricators:

3+ years in fabrication/welding roles
Skilled in MIG welding
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ability to take the lead on jobs and mentor junior staff
Experience in custom fabrication a plus
Experience with lifting Cranes / Hoists
Experience with CNC Plasma / Press brake / Guillotine operator Beneficial

Requirements:

Positive attitude and team player mindset
Physically fit and able to work on your feet
Reliable and punctual
Driving license preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£14.10 per hour
