Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor

The Kew Gardens Ecommerce team is recruiting two part time Ecommerce Customer Service Advisers to support the day-to-day operations during our busy Christmas period. The role is based at our Ecommerce location at Kew Gardens.

There are two part-time fixed term posts available, one 28 hours per week, and one 21 hours per week. One weekend day working is required as part of these roles.

Candidates will have experience of working in a fast paced Customer facing environment and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.

They will be working alongside colleagues and Managers to proactively manage enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to agreed standards.

The role will also support order fulfilment alongside the fulfilment team as required, and support with processing stock deliveries into the stockroom.

In person or remote interviews via Teams week commencing 14th September.
