Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a TikTok Packing Staff member and become an essential part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, handling, and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of accuracy and safety while supporting the overall flow of warehouse activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in materials handling, warehouse management, and logistics operations within a vibrant environment.

Duties

Carefully pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring items are protected during transit
Handle materials with care, utilizing appropriate techniques for heavy or bulky items
Operate forklifts safely to load and unload shipments, adhering to safety protocols
Manage inventory using warehouse management systems to track stock levels and locations
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation
Conduct quality control checks to identify damaged or defective items before packing
Stock shelves and organize storage areas for efficient picking and packing workflows

Skills

Strong materials handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely
Mechanical knowledge for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Experience with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures to ensure accurate dispatches
Prior warehouse experience, especially in picking & packing operations
Ability to perform load & unload tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
Attention to detail for quality control and stock organization
