Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, effective team management, and excellent communication across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the backbone of our office, you will foster a productive and welcoming atmosphere that supports our company’s growth and success. Salary negotiable depending on experience

Duties

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across all administrative functions
Manage team members, providing supervision, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative work environment
Handle human resources responsibilities including onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee relations
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
Supervise clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to ensure all departments are well-equipped
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and directing calls appropriately
Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and communication efficiency
Support special projects and events as needed to enhance office culture and productivity

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
Strong proficiency in accounting software for financial record-keeping
Extensive office experience with familiarity in clerical tasks, organizational procedures, and administrative support
Prior experience managing teams effectively and supervising staff members in a professional setting
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact confidently with staff, clients, and vendors
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance is highly desirable
