Full job description

Executive Assistant to the CEO

St Vincent's Hospice | Howwood
Up to £30,000 | 37.5 hours | Permanent

We're looking for an exceptional Executive & Governance Assistant to join St Vincent's Hospice and provide high-quality support to our Chief Executive Officer.

This is much more than a traditional PA role.

Working at the heart of the organisation, you'll support the CEO while coordinating our Board and Committee arrangements, Executive Leadership Team meetings and key corporate processes. You'll also be our organisational policy lead, maintaining oversight of the Hospice's policy framework and working with colleagues to ensure policies are reviewed, approved and managed effectively.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. You'll need excellent written and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and the discretion and judgement required when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, senior administrator or in a similar role is essential. Experience of Board or Committee support, policy coordination or working within the charity or healthcare sector would be an advantage.

Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
