Job Summary

An opportunity to join an existing business with a new venture as a Commercial Tyre Technician - Mobile, where you will play a vital role in delivering expert tyre maintenance and repair services directly at our clients' locations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial vehicles, ensuring their tyres are safe, functional, and optimized for performance. Your hands-on skills, mechanical knowledge, and customer service excellence will drive success in this fast-paced, mobile environment. If you’re passionate about vehicle maintenance and enjoy working outdoors with a team that values your expertise, this is the perfect role for you!

Duties

Perform tyre repairs, replacements, and maintenance on commercial vehicles at customer sites using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct thorough inspections of tyres and related systems to identify issues such as wear, damage, or pressure problems.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tyre-related problems efficiently and accurately.
Use heavy lifting techniques and equipment to handle large tyres safely during service procedures.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and service notes.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment.
This position is based from Home.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle or tyre maintenance .
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual tasks throughout the workday.
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures related to commercial vehicle tyres is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a mobile service vehicle required.
Prior experience in mobile servicing or roadside assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
