Description

Seca UK is looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in business administration while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Working closely with the Sales Team and Account Managers, you will provide administrative support, manage customer enquiries, maintain CRM records, and help ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer enquiries from across the UK.
Prepare quotations for smaller enquiries (typically under £1,000) and accurately log all opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
Track quotations and follow up with customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot and ensure all data is kept up to date.
Manage and update Route to Market and Service Contract databases.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
Support Account Managers by scheduling and coordinating regular online meetings with existing customers.
Assist with preparing sales documentation, reports and customer communications.
Ensure customer information is accurate, organised and compliant with company procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support sales activities and deliver excellent customer service.

A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Able to prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively.
Willing to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Interested in developing experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot (training will be provided).
