Full job description

Role: Senior Parts Specialist

Location: Aldridge, Unit 4 Beecham Business Park, Northgate, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8TZ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £36,000 pa DOE

Are you an experienced parts professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We're looking for a Senior Parts Specialist to play a key role in supporting customers, engineers, and workshop operations through accurate parts identification, ordering, stock management, and technical support.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing parts orders for customers, engineers, and maintenance contracts
Identifying and sourcing the correct parts using technical catalogues and systems
Processing quotations, orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Maintaining stock control and carrying out regular stock checks
Providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone and email
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team environment
Monitoring stock holding values and reporting on warranty return activity

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in parts, inventory, administration, or a customer-facing technical role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong team ethic
