Night Support Worker (Rowan Court)

Location: Holmfirth (HD9)

Hours: Part-time (25hrs)

Shift times: 7:30pm - 8:00pm

Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

At Rowan Court, we're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Night Support Workers to join our friendly and close-knit team. Join Rowan Court and help make every night a safe, supportive and positive experience for the people who call it home.

Set in a beautiful location overlooking the stunning Holme Valley, Rowan Court is a welcoming 15-bed community home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. With panoramic views, peaceful surroundings and a real family feel, Rowan Court is a place where people feel at home, and where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together.

Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a meaningful new career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing person-centred care and support

Promoting independence, dignity and choice

Supporting with personal care where required

Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks

Completing records and reports accurately

Responding to individual needs throughout the night

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive environment

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
