Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance person to deal with the day to day maintentance of the property. This energetic role requires a proactive leader with strong mechanical, electrical, and management skills to oversee maintenance activities, coordinate projects, and uphold safety standards. As a pivotal part of our operations, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership will empower your team to deliver reliable, efficient, and safe facility operations that support our production goals.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all plant facilities, incl.
Manage maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance tasks.
Supervise any contractors that come on site
Coordinate projects related to facilities management or equipment upgrades by planning timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with production managers to minimize downtime through effective maintenance management strategies that support manufacturing efficiency.
Develop training programs for team members to enhance their skills in electrical systems, mechanical repairs, project management, and safety procedures.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management within manufacturing environments.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and facility operations is highly desirable.
Ability to communicate fluently in English with excellent leadership skills to motivate teams toward operational excellence.
Project management experience involving equipment upgrades or facility improvements is a plus.
