Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing commercial cleaning tasks across various facilities, ensuring all spaces are spotless, organized, and hygienic. Your dedication to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the comfort and safety of staff, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Dust surfaces, wipe down fixtures, and sanitize high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Follow health and safety protocols consistently to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures
