Production Documentation Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused Production Documentation Coordinator to support the accurate checking, control and archiving of Manufacturing, Filling and Packaging Batch Documentation, ensuring records are ready for QA review and approval. This role plays an important part in maintaining documentation standards, supporting audit readiness and helping Production teams meet shared objectives in line with cGMP, SOPs and Health & Safety requirements.

Working within Production, you will perform batch reconciliation, liaise with QA, monitor right first-time batch documentation metrics and help ensure documentation is completed accurately, on time and in line with current procedures. You will also support document archiving, training record control, Production self-inspection activities and batch documentation updates following approved change control actions.

This role requires the successful candidate to be based at our Leeds site Monday – Friday each week. The hour for the role at from 7am – 3:30pm each day.

Key Responsibilities

Check Manufacturing, Filling and Packaging Batch Documentation in readiness for QA review and approval.
Perform batch reconciliation for yield and packaging components once batches are complete.
Liaise with QA to support the completion of batch documentation.
Monitor and report right first-time batch documentation metrics for Production review.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately, on time and in line with SOPs, work instructions and cGMP requirements.
Maintain and control department training records to support audit readiness.
Organise and control document archiving.
Update batch documentation following approved change control actions.
Support the Production self-inspection programme.
Work collaboratively with the supervision team to support wider Production objectives.
Check SAP transactions and serial numbers issued and used.
Identify and introduce improvements in efficiency and skills development in line with agreed objectives.
Maintain compliance with cGMP and Health & Safety requirements across areas of responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone who is methodical, organised and comfortable working with documentation in a regulated environment. You will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively while working under minimal supervision.

You will bring:

GCSE Level qualifications, or equivalent.
0 to 2 years’ experience in a relevant role or environment.
