Full job description

Job Overview

Pukka Padel Leeds is seeking enthusiastic, professional and proactive individuals to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines customer service, venue operations, social media content creation, event support and day-to-day club management.

As one of the faces of the club, you will help create an exceptional experience for members and guests, ensuring the venue is welcoming, clean, engaging and professionally operated at all times. We are looking for individuals who are confident interacting with customers, comfortable creating content for social media and willing to get involved in all aspects of club operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with bookings, memberships and general enquiries.
Operate the till and process payments accurately.
Manage racket rentals, ball sales and retail purchases.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse, courts, toilets and surrounding facilities.
Carry out regular cleaning duties and venue checks throughout each shift.
Assist with organising and running events, tournaments, social sessions and corporate bookings.
Capture photos and videos of club activities for social media channels.
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Support marketing initiatives and promote club events and membership offers.
Ensure all health, safety and operational procedures are followed.
Help build a positive and welcoming club atmosphere for players of all abilities.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, retail or sports venues is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Basic content creation skills including photography, video recording and editing.
Experience operating a till or handling payments is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
A passion for sport, fitness or padel is advantageous but not essential.
