At Autotronics, we’re looking for a Customer Service Adviser to become a key part of our growing team. This is far more than a typical call centre role — you’ll be helping garages, technicians, and customers across the UK solve real vehicle issues while guiding them through our specialist repair services.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our customer service team, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and garages
Explaining repair services, pricing, and turnaround times clearly
Booking jobs into our system accurately
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
Working closely with our engineering and sales teams
Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
Helping deliver an excellent overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and confident communicating by phone and email
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Calm under pressure with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn
Detail-oriented, reliable and punctual
Experienced in customer service (preferred)
Interested in the automotive industry (helpful but not essential — full training provided)
