Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales teams, and internal departments. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help drive efficiency, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client information accurately.
Prepare and update sales reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support team decision-making.
Coordinate sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing with precision.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations in Microsoft Word, and organizing files.
Monitor inventory levels using Sage or similar accounting software to ensure timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other IT-related tasks to streamline daily operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or related administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is essential.
Experience working with SAP software or similar systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Strong computer literacy and IT skills to manage multiple software platforms efficiently.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a professional approach to problem-solving.
Attention to detail combined with good organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all administrative functions.
