Office Administrator

- Office-based | Leyland/Exuton
- £13/hour, with progression as you grow into the role
- 3% pension scheme

About us

Pannelli is a fast-growing, high-end interior wall panel brand, working with luxury interior designers and premium builders across the UK. We're a small, ambitious team and this role sits right at the heart of it, working alongside the founders day to day.

The role

We're looking for an organised, personable Office Administrator to join us in our office, ideally starting as soon as possible. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and trade partners, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Day to day you'll be:

Answering incoming phone calls
Monitoring and responding to our general enquiries inbox
Resolving straightforward queries yourself, and forwarding bigger or more complex enquiries to the right team member
Handling damages, delivery queries, and general order admin
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as they come up

What we're looking for

Confident and friendly on the phone and in writing
Well organised, with good attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
A proactive, can-do attitude, happy to get stuck in
Available to start immediately or at short notice
Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
