Location: Lincoln, LN2 4DW

Hours of work: 20

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 15:00 - 19:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.45

As a Cleaning Operative, you will deliver a high-quality cleaning service on behalf of ISS Mediclean, ensuring all designated areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Working independently and as part of a team, you will carry out routine and periodic cleaning tasks across offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, washrooms, welfare facilities, and communal areas, helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.

The Role

Clean designated areas to agreed standards, following ISS procedures and client requirements.
Carry out routine and periodic cleaning of offices, kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables safely and correctly.
Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet tissue, hand towels, and sanitiser.
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals in line with training and COSHH requirements.
Complete scheduled deep cleaning and specialist cleaning tasks as required.
Report hazards, defects, maintenance issues, incidents, or security concerns promptly.
Comply with all Health & Safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
Maintain the security of keys, access cards, equipment, and cleaning stores.
