The role:

Targeted Services for Young People are looking to recruit a committed, skilled and flexible Tracking Service Officer.

The successful applicant will have excellent IT, organisational & communication skills
The Tracking Service Officer role will involve the accurate upkeep of the National Client Caseload Information Service database, including organising and processing large amounts of information and will require excellent attention to detail.
As a Tracking Services Officer you will also be required to liaise with other LAs, colleges and training providers to ensure timely remittance of student information
The role will be agile but the needs of the service will dictate the degree to which home-working will be possible
