Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product enquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximise sales opportunities.
Ability to occasionally assist fitters, assembly team as and when required.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain organised records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems.
Manage appointments and follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships.
Drive company vehicles for client meetings or product deliveries when required, adhering to all safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Keep the sales area tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or retail sales environments is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with IT systems for managing customer data and sales records.
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving driving responsibilities.
Experience in customer service roles that require organisational skills and time management is advantageous.
