Role Title: Production Operative - Team Member 3

Salary: £25,875.02

Working Hours: 7am-7pm 2 week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ

What will this role achieve?

The successful applicant will have the ability to perform packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

What will be your key deliverables?

Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with every-day quality processes
Minimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectively
Maintain high standards of hygiene & housekeeping
Actively contribute to all forms of continuous improvement activity

Bring your experience

Essential

You must have good English language, numerical skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
Manual dexterity & hand- eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.
Team-working skills
Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
Dexterity and speed of operation

Desirable

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

What does the recruitment process consist of?

A Workplace English online assessment. This should take around 30 minutes to complete.

A 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a tour of the factory.
