Contentious Probate Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Liverpool | Hybrid Working |

£50,000 - £55,000

Clarke Legal Specialists are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected Liverpool law firm as they continue to invest in the growth of their Private Client department.

This isn't simply another Contentious Probate vacancy.This is an opportunity to join a genuinely growing team where you'll play an important role in helping shape the future of the department.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, deal with high-quality work from day one and have the opportunity to influence the continued development of the team.If you're an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge with real long-term prospects, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll manage your own varied caseload of contentious probate and inheritance disputes, including:

Will disputes and challenges
Inheritance Act claims
Executor and trustee disputes
Estate administration disputes
Mediation and negotiated settlements
Litigation where required

This is a client-facing role requiring someone who is confident managing matters independently while delivering exceptional client care throughout. Court experience is highly desirable, as is the confidence to deal with matters from instruction through to resolution.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
Strong Contentious Probate experience
Experience managing your own caseload
Previous court attendance/litigation experience
Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
Commercially minded with strong client care skills
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
