About the job

Support the procurement of food, beverage, operational, and non-operational supplies in line with hotel purchasing procedures.
Source products, obtain competitive quotations, and maintain accurate supplier, product, and pricing records.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and outstanding purchase orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Produce monthly reports on supplier performance, purchasing activity, and outstanding deliveries.
Liaise daily with operational departments, Goods Receiving, and Accounts Payable to ensure orders, deliveries, and documentation are processed accurately.
Review pricing variations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget and cost-control initiatives.
Assist with supplier onboarding, product evaluations, and the identification of new suppliers and products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, supplier developments, and hospitality industry best practices.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
