Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves working on a variety of projects that require expertise across multiple trades, including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, tiling, and fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to the successful completion of diverse building and renovation projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in construction trades to develop their career within a reputable organisation.

Responsibilities

Execute a range of construction tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, tiling and fabrication
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out various building activities.
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and systems within residential or commercial properties.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues on-site promptly and propose effective solutions to minimise delays.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, tiling, welding or electrical work.
Demonstrable knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used within the construction industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges on-site.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential.
Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary.
A valid UK driving licence is mandatory.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to utilise their broad skill set in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to high-quality building projects.

Pay: £200.00-£230.00 per day
