Looking for Care Work That Gives You Time to Care?

Patricia White's is seeking experienced carers to support private clients across Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Westminster, Hampstead, Wimbledon and other sought-after London locations through our minimum 2-hour visit model.

We believe exceptional care cannot be delivered through rushed visits. That's why our approach gives carers the time to build meaningful relationships, provide personalised support and deliver the highest standards of care and companionship.

For over 35 years, Patricia White's has been introducing exceptional carers to private clients and families across London. Today, we continue to provide a premium service built on trust, professionalism and carefully matched client relationships.

What You'll Earn

Weekday Visits

£48.75 per 2-hour visit
£19.75 for each additional hour
£6 travel allowance per visit

Weekend Visits

£53.75 per 2-hour visit
£22.25 for each additional hour
£6 travel allowance per visit

The Role

As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will help clients maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care and hygiene support
Medication reminders
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Companionship and emotional wellbeing
Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
Light household duties
Supporting independence and daily routines

Every client is unique, and we take great care to match carers and clients based on experience, personality and individual needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professional carers who are committed to delivering outstanding care and building trusted relationships with clients.

You will ideally have:

Previous professional care experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, compassionate and reliable approach
The ability to work independently
A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
The right to work in the UK

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous but not essential.
