Amazonico London is searching for an energetic and reliable Back of House Assistant to support our Front of House team and ensure seamless service in the heart of Mayfair.

About the Role – What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Assistant at Amazonico, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Front of House team and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, organised, and fully prepared.

Your responsibilities will include:

Polishing glasses, cutlery, and dishes to company standards
Clearing used items from service and preparing them for washing
Supporting the FOH team with mise en place before, during, and after service, ensuring stations are always stocked
Correctly operating the glass crusher machine in line with SOPs
Keeping the back-of-house area clean, tidy, and functional at all times
Assisting with guest washrooms, including replenishing toilet rolls and fresh hand towels

What We’re Looking For

Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
A reliable, energetic, and professional attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
Attention to detail and pride in organisation
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
