Operations Manager

Full-time | £32,000–£36,000 per year + Bonuses | Based in Luton

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes, customer service, and daily operations. If you're a natural organiser who thrives on making things run smoothly and bringing out the best in others, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day operations of our Luton branch
Managing and supporting drivers, warehouse staff, and operational teams
Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
Planning and coordinating deliveries, collections, and warehouse activity
Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and service standards
Recruiting, training, and developing team members
Managing health and safety procedures and ensuring compliance
Resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively
Building a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture
Working closely with senior management to support business growth

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an operations, logistics, removals, storage, or warehouse management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and planning abilities
A calm, practical approach to problem-solving
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
The ability to lead by example and support your team when needed
A full UK driving licence
