Full job description

Are you passionate about property and driven by excellent customer service? We’re expanding our dynamic Lettings Team and looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused individual to help manage our growing portfolio of properties across the UK.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with an ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering calls and handling tenant/landlord enquiries
Arranging property maintenance and liaising with contractors
Negotiating tenancy terms and managing renewals
Managing client paperwork, bookings, and data entry
Matching tenants to properties and providing accurate property details
Creating and promoting property marketing materials (digital and visual)
Assisting with office organisation and tenant registrations
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Keeping your Line Manager informed of key updates and progress
Removing properties from the market when let agreed

What We’re Looking For:

A confident driver with a valid UK driving licence (essential)
Willingness to travel for meetings with tenants and landlords
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and marketing tools
Self-motivated, organised, and able to use initiative
Strong determination to meet and exceed targets
Experience is preferred but not essential — attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what really matter.
