Full job description

Pranzo Italian Manchester is a restaurant looking for a passionate bar and restaurant supervisor to assist in the day to day running of the business & supporting the Restaurant Manager.

The journey of Pranzo began in Calabria, Southern Italy where Marco drew inspiration from his Nonna's homemade pasta, recipes and passion for fresh produce.

You will be responsible for;

Managing shifts and ensuring the team delivers service to the right standard
FOH and BOH staff management
End of night cash up
Managing the training of new starters and issuing Employee Handbooks
Having an oversight of orders and stock takes for front FOH and BOH
Liaising with sister restaurants for stock/training/cover
Delivering staff training following our Pranzo steps of service

What we are looking for;

An experienced supervisor having previously worked in fast-paced hospitality environments
Capable of maintaining health & safety and hygiene standards
Ability to lead and develop a successful team, both FOH and BOH.
