Job Summary:

PLN Network & Professional Consulting Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of technical services, optimise IT operations, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions for our clients. What you'll do:

Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical services and IT support operations.
Lead technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
Develop and improve service processes that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems maintenance, and technology implementation projects.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
Monitor service performance, analyse operational metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and business partners.
Support cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology governance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and industry best practices.
Mentor and develop technical professionals while promoting innovation and teamwork.

Requirements:

Experience in technical services, IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, or IT service management is beneficial.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities effectively.
Customer-focused approach with strong organisational abilities.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
