Full job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our rapidly expanding team at a reputable medical device company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

The working hours for this position are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a willingness to be contacted outside of these hours when necessary. As a member of our team, your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Taking and processing orders from customers
Providing excellent customer care and support
Providing technical support to customers
Assisting with stock control operations
Ensuring efficient and accurate order processing
Assisting with any ad hoc tasks that arise
Overseeing logistics-related activities
Supporting marketing initiatives

To ensure you excel in your role, comprehensive training will be provided in-house for all necessary tasks. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages and a polite and professional telephone manner are essential for effective communication with our customers and partners.
