Location: Joyn Kitchens, 5 Hackney Rd, E2 7NX
2 Fixed Days per Week – You Choose the Days

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role. You will play a key part in invoicing our clients, keeping our financial records accurate and up-to-date, and organise sales records, invoices and any other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software
Reconcile bank accounts
Monitor cash flow and prepare forecast
Track projects on Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Raise and chase client invoices
Pay supplier invoices
Assist in reviewing prices and margins
Process monthly payroll and pension contributions
Prepare and submit VAT return
Assist year-end closing procedures

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in bookkeeping
Proficient in the Xero accounting software as well as Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication skills

Salary

To be negotiated, based on your level of experience and salary expectations, however, a range of £150-£200/day is likely.
