Full job description

Customer Co-ordinator - 25 hours per week - Monday-Friday (5 hours per day)

Temporary Fixed Term Contract - Minimum 12 months - to cover maternity leave, based from our Head Office in Nottingham

We're looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to join our growing team at COPE Occupational Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers. you'll be at the heart of our operations acting as the link between our customers, clinicians and internal teams.

You will coordinate service delivery, manage customer enquiries, organise clinics and help ensure every interaction is professional, efficient and customer-focused. Customer Co-ordinator Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional, friendly and timely support by phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
Manage the Customer Management inbox and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Coordinate occupational health services, including scheduling appointments, organising clinics and supporting service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce CRM and ensure all information is up to date.
Prepare customer correspondence, reports and other documentation as required.
Liaise with customers, clinicians and internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Support the onboarding of new customers and the safe transfer of confidential records.
Ensure all customer information and documentation is managed accurately and in line with GDPR and company policies.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the team and wider Customer Management Team.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Experience using bespoke systems to update and maintain data.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role (healthcare or occupational health experience is desirable).
