Full job description

INNEG is a leading medico-legal agency supporting claimant and defendant solicitors across the UK. Through our network of over 13,000 medical experts spanning more than 112 disciplines, we help legal professionals secure the specialist evidence needed to progress complex clinical negligence and personal injury claims. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Executive to take ownership of our email marketing, CRM management and marketing automation activity.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in email marketing, CRM management and marketing automation who wants to play a direct role in lead generation and business growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will manage email campaigns, maintain CRM data quality, build automated nurture journeys and help improve marketing performance through data, segmentation and automation.

This role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

Build, schedule and manage email marketing campaigns
Create and maintain email templates, campaign workflows and audience lists
Develop nurture campaigns for solicitors, experts and other key audiences
Carry out A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisation

CRM Management

Maintain the accuracy and quality of CRM data
Manage audience segmentation across multiple campaign types
Import, cleanse and update contact records
Research and identify new contacts to support business development campaigns
Support the ongoing growth and enrichment of the CRM database

Marketing Automation

Build and manage automated nurture journeys
Create workflows based on user behaviour and engagement
Develop webinar, content download, event and re-engagement nurture programmes
Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation, AI and process improvements

Data, Reporting & Lead Generation

Produce regular reports on campaign and CRM performance
Monitor database growth, engagement and audience trends
Track campaign performance against lead generation objectives
Support outbound lead generation activity through targeted campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and enquiry generation

Essential Skills & Experience

Demonstrable experience managing email marketing campaigns and CRM databases
Experience segmenting audiences and maintaining high-quality marketing data
Experience creating or managing automated email journeys and nurture campaigns
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of key responsibilities

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience using ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Mailshake, HubSpot or similar platforms
Experience managing outbound email campaigns
Experience working with large marketing databases
Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Experience within a B2B or professional services environment

We anticipate successful candidates will typically have around 2-5 years of relevant experience, although applications from candidates with greater or lesser experience will be considered where the required skills can be demonstrated.

What We Offer

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. Remote or hybrid working available. Occasional travel to our Manchester office may be required
Regular working hours are 9-5. No weekend or evening shifts.
Extended Annual Leave Allowance - 33 days including bank holidays.
Half day Friday's every month (after 9 months’ service)
Extra 2 days annual leave (after 2 years’ service)
