Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barman. In this lively role, you will be the heart of our hospitality experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth service
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence
Previous barista experience is highly desirable for crafting quality coffee beverages
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food preparation and handling
Restaurant experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during busy periods
Passion for hospitality, with a positive attitude. and team-oriented mindset
