Warehouse Operative / Packer + Occasional FLT Counterbalance Driver
Salary: £13.45 per hour / £31,473 per annum + profit share programme

Job Description
Permanent, Full Time – 45 hours per week
The Role
To support our mission, we are seeking a warehouse operative to help us sort & pack used cardboard boxes for reuse, plus occasional FLT loading / un-loading work.This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, purpose-led company.
Location
Our HQ is just a short walk from Hykeham train station, so ideal if you live in Lincoln, North Hykeham or Newark, and if you drive an electric car we have chargers onsite.
Responsibilities
- Pick, sort & pack used cardboard boxes.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and FLTs.
- Receive and process stock into the warehouse, re-work and put into storage.
- Help the warehouse team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience & Skills
- Current counterbalance FLT license (essential).
- Experience working within a busy and productive warehouse.
- Ability to work to a high standard within a team environment.
Person Specification
- Has a creative approach to finding solutions to new challenges.
- Self-motivated worker, happy to work independently.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- An interest in working for a purpose led brand that puts people and planet first.

2. Interview with a member of the DC/Operations team.
3. Site tour, shift shadowing and final interview.
