Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive B2B Sales Representative specializing in timber windows, doors, and fire doors. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the construction, architecture, and building supply sectors. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you build trust with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase the quality and durability of our products. This position offers an exciting chance to be part of a growing company committed to delivering top-tier timber solutions while developing your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new B2B clients within target markets.
Cultivate strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and other industry professionals through regular outreach and meetings.
Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly to clients, emphasizing the value of timber windows, doors, and fire-resistant options.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support and logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards related to timber products and fire safety requirements.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or building materials industry is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate product advantages.
Valid driving license with a willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and basic digital communication platforms.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to client needs.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN WINDOW / DOOR SECTOR - COMMERCIAL: OR DOMESTIC
