About the Role

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career with a clear path towards management?

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Management Trainee to join our team in London. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity designed for graduates and freshers who want to develop practical experience in business operations, customer service, sales, team coordination and leadership.

No previous management experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gain hands-on business experience and gradually take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business operations and team activities.
Assist with customer service and maintain professional customer relationships.
Support sales, business development or administrative activities where required.
Help coordinate team tasks, schedules and priorities.
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and business contacts.
Monitor assigned activities and provide updates to senior team members.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, training and business development activities.
Develop leadership and management skills through practical experience and coaching.
