Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft delicious drinks, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Duties

Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Verify guest identification to adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly customer service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus.
Strong serving skills combined with basic math abilities for handling payments and tips confidently.
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders during busy hours.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members to create a positive dining experience.
Familiarity with restaurant operations enhances your ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
