Looking for a new challenge?

Work with Sense and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and their families. We'll give you full training for our Support Worker roles at our CQC Residential Service in King's Norton.

As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals at the home who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL qualification is desirable.

You will work on a rolling rota of early 7:00am-2:30pm, late 2:00pm-9:30pm and various midday shifts.

Your duties can include:

To support individuals / groups within the home, centre and community.
To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.
