Full job description

Edun is a growing SaaS company helping organisations operating in compliance-heavy environments manage their customer relationships more effectively through our CRM platform.

Edun CRM has gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years but now we're looking turbo charge our growth engine and you can be part of it! .

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team at a pivotal point in Edun's growth.

This is a key hire. You'll be responsible for helping Edun continue to capture market attention, identify and engage potential customers, and create new sales opportunities across our target markets.

Importantly, this isn't a role where you'll simply pass leads over the fence. You'll be involved in the full sales journey; from initial lead generation and prospecting through to qualification, relationship building, sales conversations and ultimately contract signature.

You'll work closely with the wider team to build pipeline, convert opportunities and help turn Edun's growing market presence into revenue.

Our ambition is to double ARR over the next 12 months, and this role will be a significant part of making that happen.

What you'll be doing

Researching and identifying potential customers within Edun's target markets
Generating new business through outbound prospecting, including email, phone and LinkedIn
Responding to and qualifying inbound leads
Building relationships with prospects and understanding their challenges
Running discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities
Working with operations teams to arrange and provide demos
Demonstrating the value of Edun's CRM and how it can support organisations operating in compliance-heavy environments
Managing prospects through the sales process from first contact through to contract signature
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity and pipeline information within the CRM
Working closely with the wider sales and leadership team to develop new opportunities
Contributing ideas and feedback to improve our sales processes, messaging and approach
Consistently working towards individual and team revenue targets

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, curious and hungry to succeed.

You don't necessarily need years of SaaS sales experience. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

Some experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a customer-facing commercial role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence speaking to new people over the phone and online
A proactive approach to finding and creating opportunities
The resilience to handle rejection and keep going
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A genuine interest in technology and SaaS
A consultative approach — you're interested in understanding a customer's problem, not just selling a product
Ambition to develop your career within a growing SaaS business
